Child Policy
- The resort DOES NOT accept a booking with children under 3 years old. Why?
- To balance a number of guests and facilities of the resort, staying more than 2 pax is possible with additional cost. Maximum guests in each cottage are
- 2 adults with 2 children (when both are between 3-12 years old)
- 2 adults and 1 child (when a child is over 12 years old)
- 3 adults - A Family cottage is only one room type that allows 4 people sharing.
- In case of a family cottage is not available, a family plan for other room types are considered as below:
- Family with 1 child (over 3-12 years old)A child will be applied as extra person at 800 THB/night for sofa bed set up or extra mattress (depend on a kind of room) and breakfast.(Child under 8 years is not allowed to stay in Sea Sense Cottage)
- Family with 2 children (one of them or both are under 8 years old)option 1. Sea Side cottage
option 2. Sea Delight Cottageoption 3. Green Deluxe Cottageoption 4. Twilight Garden Deluxe- An older child will be applied as an extra person at 800 THB/night for sofa bed set up and breakfast.- A younger child sharing a bed with parents, additional breakfast applies 450 THB/night. - Family with 2 children (both between 8-12 years old)option 1. Sea Side cottage - to stay 4 pax, room will be set up with 1 King size bed + 1 Queen size bedoption 2. Green Deluxe Cottage - to stay 4 pax, room will be set up with 1 Queen size bed + 1 sofa bed + 1extra bedoption 3. Twilight Garden Deluxe - to stay 4 pax, room will be set up with 1 Queen size bed + 1 sofa bed + 1extra bedFor option 1,2,3: Both children will be applied as an extra person at 800 THB/night/pax.
- Family with 2 children (one of them or both are over 12 years old)
A family needs to take 2 cottages. - Family with 3 children
A family needs to take 2 cottages with 1 extra person.

Cancellation condition on a Bad weather days:
On check-in date. IF all of boats stop running (before 4.30 pm) caused by weather conditions.
- Cancel the whole booking is possible. The 1st night will not be charged. Other night(s), cancellation fee is 30% of the room cost.
- Late arrival will be accepted, 1st night will not be charged.
- Postpone the whole booking is possible without any fee. But the room/promotion rate will be recalculated.
- In case the guest arrives Pakmeng pier after 4.30 pm. and can not reach the resort by weather condition, the booking is non-refund for all case.
Advance cancellation & Late arrival referred to the weather forecast.
- Notify 1 day before check-in date:
- Cancel the whole booking is possible.The 1st night will not be charged. Other night(s), cancellation fee is 30% of the room cost.
- Late arrival will be accepted, the 1st night or cancelled night will be charged at 30% of the room cost.
- Postpone the whole booking is possible to do without any fee. But the room/promotion rate will be recalculated.
- Notify 2-3 days before check-in date.
- Cancel the whole booking is possible. Cancellation fee is 50% of the room cost.
- Late arrival will be accepted, the 1st night or cancelled night will be charged at 50% of the room cost.
- Postpone the whole booking is possible, postpone fee is 200 B/room/night. The room/promotion rate will be recalculated.
- Notify 4 days (or more) before check-in date: Original booking condition mentioned in each booking will be applied.
Remark:
1. BAD WEATHER means Stormy, Windy, Big waves, Heavy rain that may cause accident or the boat was unable to run.
2. During 20 December - 10 January: only Late arrival will be accepted.

Eco-Friendly Policy
We are doing the best for this
Under the conditions of a remote island without basic facilities from the government and business competition. We are not able to claim 100% that we are Eco-friendly resort. But our team are doing our best. Some policies probably are annoying to your holiday.



Below are what we've done and still keep going with.
Use environmental-friendly electricity product as much as we can.
Main construction, decoration items are made from wood, and mostly produce in Trang or near by provinces. And many items are D-I-Y from our staff.
Do not provide fridge in room and limits time for using a/c in room: even this policy may turn to our business weakness, but sometime it's good to let your body touches and feels how much our planet is getting hurt.
Using Biological Wastewater/waste treatment as most as we can.
All staff are trained to separate trash. And we pay attention to a garbage transportation process. To make sure that every kinds of trash are going to the right place for the right waste disposal.
Clean up Koh Ngai's beach as often as we can to prevent any harms to the island.
