TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 50% Deposit is required on the booking date. It is non-refundable for all cases, but can be postponed once (see a term’s table)

2. Final payment: The remaining must be paid on arrival.

3. No show: Guests do not check-in after 5.00pm without advance notification, the booking will be taken as no-show. The deposit is non-refundable. And the resort reserves the right to sell the room.

4. Cancellation / Shortened stay / Early check-out /Postponement :
- All amendments are subject to the terms and conditions of each period as outlined in the table below.
- Please e-mail to sales@coco-cottage.com.
- Any changes resulting in the refund on credit card, 5% credit card fee will be applied.

5. CHECK-IN:
- Check in time is at 14.00 pm
- The resort will refuse to accommodate a booking with false information about a number or age of guests.
- A valid passport is a legal requirement at check-in. If not presented, the resort reserves the right to refuse to accommodate that person.

A booking with INTERNET/ NORMAL RATE

POSTPONEMENT (Entire Stay) Within the same hi-season	1-14 days before check-in	1 Night charge. The remaining deposit can be used for new booking

POSTPONEMENT (Entire Stay) Within the same hi-season	1-21 days before check-in	- 1 Night charge. The remaining deposit can be used for a new booking. - Any promotion applied will be terminated. - Room rates will be recalculated based on the new stay period and duration

POLICY AND SERVICE

1. COCO COTTAGE DO NOT ACCEPT BOOKING WITH CHILD UNDER 3 YEARS.
2. Check-In: 14.00 pm / Check-Out: 11.00 am.
3. Room Facilities: A/C (operated at night), fan, hot shower, safety box. We have NO fridge, NO TV.
4. The resort accepts VISA/MASTER card and cash (Thai baht). No Bank, no ATM, No Exchange service on the island.
5. A valid passport is a legal requirement to present on check-in, if not presented a person will be denied to check-in.
6. Facilities: Swimming Pool/ CoCo Restaurant & bar /Book/ Games
7. WIFI is available in restaurant & bar areas (strong signal) and in cottages (weak signal). Anyhow, since Koh Ngai has no main receiver from internet providers therefore the internet signal could disappear for day(s) or week(s).
RECOMMEND: Flight ticket should be booked before coming to Koh Ngai.
8. Tours/Activities: Snorkeling, Sea kayaking, Trekking.
9. Room Amenities: shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, face towels, sarong (for using on the beach), beach bag, hair dryer, kettle are provided.
10. Cloth washing: Only cloth washing offered, no ironing. Service fee is calculated per piece. Highly Recommend:
1) To protect water supply on this small island, please avoid bringing cloth to wash here.
2) To save your money, let’s take this kind of service in town or on a bigger island.
11. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
12. Koh Ngai is a small island without villages or local people. No road, No car, No bike, No Bank, no Market, no salon. No hospital, but a small sub-clinic with a standby nurse is available in hi-season.
