1. The person mentioned in the document is the person staying. Subletting of the rented room is not allowed. 
2. 30% Non-refundable deposit is required for all booking on the booking date.
3. Final payment:
3.1 Normal period: The remaining must be paid on arrival.
3.2 During 21 Dec. - 7 Jan,: Final payment might be paid 30 days before arrival. (Seperated invoice will be sent to you later)
4. Cancellation: Normal period: 30% Deposit is non-refundable for all case. During 21 Dec - 7 Jan, after final payment, 100% is non refundable for all case.
5. Shorten Stay/ Early Check out (not valid to during 21 Dec -  7 Jan).
5.1) A booking with Internet rates
- Notify before check-in: Deposit of non-stayed night(s) is non-refundable.
- Notify after check-in: 30% of canceled night(s) will be applied as cancellation fee. 70% of non-stayed night(s) can be redeemed to F&B or other spending at the resort, but not for a room (no refund).
5.2) A booking with Promotion rates
- Notify before check-in: Deposit of non-stayed night (s) is non-refundable.
- Notify after check-in: 100% of non-stayed night(s) is non-refundable.
6. Postpone (Moving the dates of the whole booking)  :
- A booking can be postpone 1 time when notified at least 10 days before check-in date, no fee. But the promotion rate will be terminated and the room rate will be re-calculated. The new staying period must be within the same season.
- During 21 Dec. - 7 Jan, : A booking can be postpone 1 time when notified at least 45 days before check-in date, without fee. After final payment, applied as cancellation.
7. No show: Guets does not checking in after 5.00pm without advance notification, the booking will be taken as no-show. Deposit is non-refundable. And the resort reserves the right to sell the paid room.
8. Amendment/Cancellation: please e-mail to sales@coco-cottage.com. Any changes resulting in the refund on credit card, 5% credit card fee will be applied.


2. Check-In: 1.30 pm - please inform in advance for check-in after 4.30pm. / Check-Out: 10.30 am - late checking out is subject to the availability, no charge.
3. Room Facilities: A/C (operated at night), fan, hot shower, safety box. We have NO fridge, NO TV.
4. The resort accepts VISA/MASTER card and cash (Thai baht). No Bank, no ATM, No Exchange service on the island.
5. A valid passport is a legal requirement to present on check-in, if not presented a person will be denied to check-in.
6. Facilities: Swimming Pool/ CoCo Restaurant & bar /Book.
7. WIFI is available in restaurant & bar areas (strong signal) and in cottages (weak signal). Anyhow, since Koh Ngai has no main receiver from internet providers therefore the internet signal could disappear for day(s) or week(s). RECOMMEND: Flight ticket should be booked before coming to Koh Ngai
8. Tours/Activities: Snorkeling, Sea kayaking, Trekking. 
9. Room Amenities: shower cream, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, face towels, sarong (for using on the beach), beach bag, hair dryer, kettle are provided.
10. Cloth washing: Only cloth washing offered, no ironing. Service fee is calculated by piece, not per kilogram or per basket.
Highly Recommend:
1) To protect water supply on this small island, please avoid bringing cloth to wash here.
2) To save your money, let’s take this kind of service in town or on a bigger island.
11. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
12. Koh Ngai is a small island without villages or local people. No road, No car, No bike, No Bank, no Market, no salon. No hospital, but a small sub-clinic with a standby nurse is available.
